Tracking ID is sent to all users via email. Once the product is shipped, you will get an email with a tracking code.
Usually it takes 24-48 hours after the payment is confirmed but in some cases it takes longer. You will be notified via email/Whatsapp in case of delay.
We have warehouses in US, China and India. If the product you have ordered is not available in home country, it is imported from overseas warehouse which results into delay.
Products with value less than $15 are not shipped with a tracking ID and hence you may not be able to get a tracking code for your order. Contact our support channels for further help.
