How long does it take to deliver the product from TheKidling?

Once the payment has been processed and order has been confirmed, It takes less than 7 days to deliver your product. However, In some cases (depending upon vendor or custom location), the product may take up to 14 days to arrive.

To ensure your order arrives on time, Kindly fill your contact number with correct shipping address. Make sure the contact number is correct and reachable.

What are the shipping charges & free shipping policy?

We offer absolutely free shipping on all orders totaling $15(INR 999) or more. Otherwise, we charge $1 (INR 70) per order as shipping charges.

 The *Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges. 

What if I receive a damaged parcel?

Order Tracking & Delivery

Can I get the product earlier than the mentioned date?

It depends upon the availability and shipping. We encourage you to have a word with our support staff before you place an order. They will inform you if it is possible for a particular product.

How can I track my order?

Once the product is shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with the courier partner information. You can track your package here under your account>>order tracking

How about cash on delivery?

Currently, we are offering COD at some selected PIN codes. Soon, we will be able to offer this service to everyone. 

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, we have a simple return policy where you can raise a return request within 2 days of product delivery. We will help you with the pickup of the return parcel and the refund shall be granted to you once we receive the item in our warehouse.

Please note that the return courier charges will be levied on the customer. We expect the return product in unused/new condition.

Replacements: We do accept replacement of items if the product you receive

  • is different from what we have mentioned
  • is damaged or in bad condition
  • has been called off by the company (Safety standards)

In all the above cases, you will be issued a free exchange of products without any additional fee. All you need to do is to send the product back to our address, once we get it, we will contact you to issue another one.

Delayed delivery or Package loss: We offer an unconditional refund on package loss/delayed delivery under our 60 days shipment protection plan which states, if a product doesn’t arrive after 60 days of payment processing, we will issue 100% refund back to the customer’s account assuming the package has been lost.

We do not issue refund:

  1. For all electronic items
  2. If a product has been used or broken by the customer
  3. Refund request is raised after 48 hours of successful delivery

Please make a note that refunds on Internationally shipped items are currently not available. If you think your case is rare, we encourage you to contact us on WhatsApp or Messanger and we will certainly find a solution for you.

Cancellation Fee

We use third-party shipping companies as our courier partner. The cost of each delivery varies depending upon COD/Prepaid or the location of the customer. The same is applicable to the return/replacement of products.

In the case of product cancellations, return or refund the customer shall bear the forward and return (Whichever is applicable) charges.
